How does Unlimited work?

KitBash Unlimited is currently available exclusively through the Cargo Desktop Application.

Cargo is available for Windows & Apple Silicon Macs. Linux and Intel Macs are not supported at this time. Make sure you can run the desktop app before subscribing.

Where do I access My Assets?

You are licensed to use downloaded assets on any project in production during your active subscription.

When your subscription ends, you will not be able to use previously downloaded assets in new projects. If you need perpetual rights, you can purchase them for a specific Kit separately.

How does billing work?

KitBash3D Unlimited is billed annually. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of your billing cycle. You can cancel your plan at any time, and you will continue to have access to KitBash3D Unlimited features until the end of your current billing cycle. You will not be charged for the next cycle if you cancel before the renewal date.

Where do I view and manage my KitBash3D Unlimited subscription information?

You can view and manage your KitBash3D Unlimited subscription in Cargo. Please note that you cannot currently view or manage your KitBash3D Unlimited subscription from your account page on kitbash3d.com. 

I’m the only employee at my company that needs access to KitBash3D Unlimited, can I use the Individual License?

No. The Individual License is only available for those working independently (self-employed) and not employed by a larger organization. If you’re at an organization with 2-50 employees, you must purchase the Small Business License regardless of how many users need access. 

What happens to my projects if I cancel my KitBash3D Unlimited subscription?

When your subscription ends, you can continue to work on the projects you created without interruption. However, after your subscription ends, you are not licensed to use the KitBash3D Unlimited Assets in any other projects. 

Do you offer monthly KitBash3D Unlimited subscriptions?

No. KitBash3D Unlimited subscriptions are only offered in 12-month billing cycles. 

Can I end my subscription early if I only need a few months?

No. When you purchase a KitBash3D Unlimited subscription, you’re committed to a full year of access to the KitBash3D Library in Cargo. Subscriptions cannot be terminated early. If you’d like to ensure your subscription does not automatically renew at the end of the billing cycle, please log into Cargo and follow the steps to cancel the next renewal.
