Usage Rights by Organization Type

Your required license tier is based on the size and structure of the entity using the assets. This includes employees, owners, members, and contractors working under the business. If your organization has more than one person involved, an individual license does not apply.

Individual

For solo creators and single-person businesses.

• One individual user or single-member legal entity
• No employees, contractors, partners, or additional members
• Ideal for freelancers, solo artists, and independent creators

Small Business & Teams

For any company or organization with two or more people.

• Covers businesses, studios, agencies, and multi-person entities
• Applies even if only one person needs access
• Built for collaboration, growing teams, and commercial operations

Enterprise

For larger organizations or businesses with more advanced needs.

What You Can & Can’t Do with Our Assets

We want to empower creators while protecting our assets.

Below is a quick guide to help you understand how you can—and can’t—use our assets.

Allowed

  • Use in Commercial Projects – Films, games, advertising, visualization, social media, and more.

  • Modify & Customize – Re-texture, edit, combine, and customize assets in your creations.

  • Use in Unlimited Projects – As long as your subscription is active OR you’ve purchased a perpetual license.

  • Share Within Your Licensed Team – Studios and enterprises on Teams plans can distribute assets to their licensed employees.

  • Publish & Monetize Your Work – Sell your finished films, games, and creative projects that include our assets.

Not Allowed

  • Resell or Redistribute Assets – You can’t share, resell, sublicense, or distribute our assets.

  • Use After Subscription Ends – If you’re on a subscription license and your plan expires, you can’t use the assets in new projects.

  • Train AI or Machine Learning Models – Assets may not be used for training AI, machine learning, or generative systems.

  • Use the Wrong License Tier – If your company has more employees than your license covers, your license will be invalid.

  • Claim the Assets as Your Own – While you can modify and incorporate the into your projects, you can’t claim ownership over the original assets.

I’m the only person at my company who needs access to the assets. Can I use an Individual License?

No. The Individual License is intended only for a single individual or sole-owner business with no additional employees, members, or contractors. If your organization has more than one person, you’ll need the appropriate Teams, Small Business, or Enterprise license.

Are business and enterprise licenses priced per seat?

For subscription licenses, licenses are sold as simple per-seat purchases. For perpetual licenses, licenses are sold based on your company size.

Do I lose rights to projects I created with subscription assets if I cancel my subscription?

No. Canceling your subscription does not affect rights to the projects you created while your subscription was active and while assets were properly used under the license terms. However, subscription assets cannot be used in new projects after your plan ends unless you renew or obtain a perpetual license where available.
