We have also expanded software support, and included several quality of life improvements to make your workflow smoother. We have now added a new homepage to Cargo - The Discover Page. This will be the landing point for all users when they launch the app. You will find announcements, Kit Highlights, and more on this page. Stay tuned for all the great content you will be seeing on the Discover Page!
Cargo for Mac – Now in Beta!
We’re excited to announce that Cargo for Mac is officially in Beta! Mac users can now access all the features of Cargo, bringing the same seamless experience to your creative workflows on macOS. We look forward to your feedback as we continue to improve the platform.
Supported Software
We are expanding our support to include the latest versions of your favorite software. In order to take advantage of the new supported software you just need to setup a new software and select the latest version. General directions can be found here: Software Setup in Cargo.

Quality of Life Improvements
Unicode Character Support: Asset import now supports paths containing Unicode characters, providing more flexibility when organizing your files.
DCC Notifications: Cargo will now notify you to close your DCC during setup, making the installation process smoother and reducing potential errors.
Forgot Password Page: We’ve improved the Forgot Password page by adding clearer, contextual error messages to guide you through any issues.
Import Button Error Handling: If your DCC isn’t open or the Cargo Plugin isn’t activated, the Import button will now display an error message, ensuring everything is set up correctly before proceeding.
Bug Fixes
Blender Minor Versions: Minor versions of Blender, such as 4.2.1, will now successfully complete software setup without any errors.
Auto-Update Fix: We’ve resolved an issue where Cargo wouldn’t auto-update if auto-login was enabled, ensuring smooth updates moving forward.
In-App Message Close Button: The close button for in-app messages now works as expected, making it easier to dismiss notifications.
