Cargo® is a 3D Asset Platform that comes fully loaded with the entire KitBash3D library of over 15,000 3D Models and Materials. Cargo integrates with your 3D Software of choice and automatically configures and imports assets to your scene with 1-click import. It supports a wide range of creators, from hobbyists to professional studios, offering various subscription plans to meet different needs.

Yes, Cargo offers a Basic plan that is free to use. This plan includes access to a selection of free 3D assets that can be used under a non-commercial license.

Kits purchased from our ecommerce store seamlessly integrate with the Cargo platform. Here’s how it works:

• Automatic Unlocking: When you purchase an Individual license to a Kit from the ecommerce store, it is automatically unlocked in your Cargo account. You don’t need to perform any additional steps to access your new assets within Cargo.
• License Compliance: The usage of Kits within Cargo is governed by the license you purchased. For example, if you buy a Kit with a Individual license, you can use those assets in projects intended for commercial purposes.
• Ongoing Access: You retain access to the Kits you’ve purchased from the ecommerce store even if you cancel your Cargo subscription. These Kits will remain available for download from your KitBash3D.com account and can be managed in Cargo for free.

Cargo offers three subscription plans tailored to different needs: Personal, Pro, and Teams. Here’s what’s included in each:

• Cargo Personal Plan:
  • Downloads: 10 New downloads per month
  • License: Non-commercial license, allowing use in personal projects shared on personal social media channels, student work, or challenge submissions. You can distribute non-editable end works (images, videos, compiled games) but cannot sell or monetize projects that include Cargo assets.
• Cargo Pro Plan:
  • Downloads: Unlimited downloads Texture
  • License: Commercial license for individuals, allowing use in client-contracted projects, or projects monetized through advertising or other means. You can distribute non-editable end works (images, videos, compiled games) but cannot distribute editable 3D scene files. This plan does not authorize users at a company with more than one person to use Cargo assets for company projects.
• Cargo Teams Plan:
  • Downloads: Unlimited downloads.
  • Team Management: Features for managing team members and consolidated billing.
  • License: Commercial license for companies and studios, allowing use in client-contracted projects, or projects monetized through advertising or other means. You can transfer editable 3D scene files directly to a paid client as part of your deliverables (scene turnover), making it suitable for professional projects and collaboration within larger organizations.

The ability to distribute your 3D scene files containing Cargo assets is only available to Cargo Teams subscribers. Cargo Basic, Personal, and Pro plan users may only distribute non-editable end works such as images, videos, or compiled games.

Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time. When you upgrade, you will be charged for the new plan immediately, and all the new features will be available right away. Upgrading allows you to take advantage of higher download limits, better texture resolutions, and additional licenses and features according to the plan you choose.

If you cancel your subscription, your account will be downgraded to the Cargo Basic plan at the start of your next billing cycle. Assets in your 3D scene files will remain yours to use but you will no longer be able to re-download or re-import unlocked assets into your 3D software. You can continue to use free assets and any Kits purchased separately from KitBash3D.com in Cargo.

Cargo plans are billed either monthly or annually, depending on your selection. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. You can cancel your plan at any time, and you will continue to have access to your plan features until the end of your current billing cycle. You will not be charged for the next cycle if you cancel before the renewal date.

If you cancel your plan within 72 hours of the initial purchase or plan renewal, you can request a refund by contacting info@kitbash3d.com. Requests made after 72 hours from billing are not eligible for refunds. Our support team will assist you with any concerns regarding billing and refunds.
